Precious crew neck sweater with long sleeves in supersoft cotton, made even more precious by the spinning done on ancient looms that make it super light and soft but at the same time consistent. The sweater is finished with a ribbed knit on the cuffs and bottom and enriched by refined contrasting profiles inside the neck, on the bottom and on the cuffs. A sensational, unique and chic garment, perfect to wear under an unlined jacket, over white trousers or jeans, which adapts perfectly to all situations with a touch of class.During the weaving phase, tiny holes are made on the back of each shirt, in a number that varies each time based on the size, starting from 1 hole for size 46. An authentic trademark, which despite the use and possible loss of the label guarantees that the garment you are wearing is an original SVEVO. The looms used represent the flagship of SVEVO, constantly guided by the hands of man. The weaving and finishing of each garment is done with English Bentley looms that are unique in the world – Cotton 36 and 42 Gauges – dating back to the 1950s.
Originally used for the production of socks, these authentic custom-built models of the factory have been reprogrammed for the production of knitwear, thanks to the integration of computer programs and cutting-edge technological systems. The weaving of the threads is carried out on special looms composed of 8 heads, each with a comb equipped with 1 needle for every millimeter or, in the case of limited editions, 6 heads with combs equipped with 1 needle every 0.65 mm.
The parts of the mesh are manually assembled on each comb, which will then pass to the next weaving on the machines. When the garment is shaped, the edges of the collars are defined through precise cuts made by hand with scissors.
