Returns and refunds

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products.

Items must be returned intact and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Guarino Store does not accept any returns of items that have been worn or show signs of use.

Please test the products carefully, so that you can return them in the same condition in which they were shipped. Returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted.

The first return is free, for subsequent returns a return fee equal to the delivery cost will be applied.

Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate this to Guarino Store, before the withdrawal period expires, by email (info@guarinostore.it)

The Customer must:

seal the package and hand it to the courier.

It is specified that the transport costs relating to the return of the product and/or products subject to withdrawal will be the sole responsibility of the Customer and that the return is under the complete responsibility of the Customer himself.

The Customer is required to return the goods to Guarino Store Via Po n.96 00198 – Rome Italy, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he received the goods.

If the Customer returns from a non-EU country, he or she is required to pay the international shipping costs and customs taxes (DDP).

No exchanges are made, in which case you will just have to wait for the refund and make a new purchase.

In the event of refusal of the return by Guarino Store due to incorrect exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, Guarino Store will send the relevant communication by e-mail and will not proceed with crediting the price, also reserving the right to request the compensation for any damage that may be attributable to the Customer's conduct.

In this case the goods will be returned to the original shipping address unless otherwise indicated in the withdrawal declaration by the Customer.

If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised Guarino Store will refund the Customer the price paid during the purchase of the product.

The refund will take place via the same payment method used by the Customer unless otherwise indicated in the withdrawal declaration.

Guarino Store reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the returned product or products.
